New All Time Highs In Sight
It was not an easy week for swing Trading, even though the market was pretty much straight up. Some might think that this makes swing trade easy but a lot of times what we're trying to do with swing. Trading is to buy dips and sell rips or by breakouts, and when the market opens up on the weekend and continues, there's no chance for us to get in at reasonable prices.
Next week, I'm much more encouraged that there will be a pullback at some point that we can hopefully buy into; otherwise, we'll continue to ride this notable trend with many of our investments. That email should come out on Sunday.

Pullback:
Exit Rules: We hold until Monday and then exit our positions. These are more short-term trades, and often, if we feel we got a good price on a pullback, we can use some discretion to hold longer. However, note that these are faster trades that capitalize on market volatility.

Exit Rules: Like the pullback algo, we are looking to exit on the following Monday. I am less tempted to hold these names longer since the overall charts are going to be in a short-term downtrend.

This is a simple breakout strategy that looks for quick trend continuation. Trading off momentum, we want to enter quickly, put out a tight stop and hold until next Monday like our other swing ideas. Also, like our other swing ideas, if we have a good runner, I will use my own analysis to decide when to exit a winner. Losers, I always kill on the next Monday.
