If you are good, you get too expensive when you hit your prime. Unfortunately, it's a curse of being the brains of the operation. I've done it before in another life. Looks like they are chasing "AI" anyway - all hot money. Good luck with that I say. I was using large language models for Aerospace manufacturing a decade ago. I have forgotten more than most have known about them. I can tell you it's garbage in, garbage out. These days I farm ideas using them, but usually I have too many ideas to trade, so I don't do research as much anymore. I am sure you got a million ideas they wouldn't let you put in the other software. Your work is good, you'll be fine.

NDA but ill tell you the same thing I did when I was there. Until its tested and you see real worlds results.
